Christina Menetta Scribner retired from Maryland department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services after more than 23 years of service as a Lieutenant. After
retirement she went back to the Baltimore County Community College to complete her
degree in Legal Studies to become a paralegal. During this time, she was introduced to
mediation and decided that this was a good fit for her. Christina is a Day of Trial
mediator for Westminster/Carroll County District Court. She is also a mediator serving
several Maryland Circuit Courts and recently has been assigned to the Baltimore City
Circuit Court roster of mediators for the Juvenile Division.
Christina has receive an extensive amount of training through the Maryland Bar
