Dr. Lionel Green, JD, MLS, PMP
Founder, President & CEO — WBGR ADR Institute
Dr. Lionel Green is an Army Veteran, entrepreneur, and legal professional serving as Founder, President, and CEO of WBGR Sports & Entertainment Network LLC — a multimedia and professional services platform dedicated to empowering creatives, athletes, and business leaders.
In a global environment shaped by rapid change in technology, economics, and law, Dr. Green exemplifies the strategic focus and adaptability required to stay ahead of the curve. Under his leadership, WBGR has grown into a dynamic ecosystem that delivers media and legal services while creating meaningful opportunities for youth, emerging professionals, and underserved communities across the sports and entertainment industries.
Dr. Green's academic and professional preparation reflects his commitment to excellence in business, law, and dispute resolution. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from American Military University, along with the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He earned a Doctorate in Ministry Leadership from Miracle Fellowship Gospel Ministries, a Juris Doctor in Contract Law from Novus University School of Law, and completed his Alternative Dispute Resolution coursework at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. He studied American and Transnational Law in the LL.M. program at the University of Dayton School of Law and is currently completing his LL.M. in Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law — home to the Straus Institute, the nation's top-ranked program in the field.

A passionate advocate for conflict resolution, Dr. Green is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator trained in transformative, facilitative, and restorative frameworks. His mediation practice encompasses divorce and family law, landlord-tenant matters, contract and construction disputes, and small and large claims. He serves as a Lead Mediator in the Maryland District Court's Day of Trial ADR Program, where he helps train new mediators. He has also been named a mentor with the Georgetown Conflict Transformation Lab ADR Program and serves as a contract mediator for the D.C. Office of Human Rights.
Dr. Green is a member in good standing of the Prince George's County Bar Association and remains deeply committed to serving the residents of Prince George's County, Maryland, where he lives with his family. His work continues to bridge law, leadership, media, and community empowerment — helping others build sustainable futures while controlling their own narrative.
