Dr. Lionel Green is an Army Veteran, entrepreneur, legal professional, and the Founder, President, and CEO of WBGR Sports & Entertainment Network LLC, a multimedia and professional services platform dedicated to empowering creatives, athletes, and business leaders.
In an ever-evolving global environment shaped by rapid changes in technology, economics, and law, Dr. Green exemplifies the corporate leadership, strategic focus, and adaptability required to remain ahead of the curve. Under his leadership, WBGR has grown into a dynamic ecosystem that not only provides media and legal services, but also creates meaningful opportunities for youth, emerging professionals, and underserved communities across the sports and entertainment industries.
Dr. Green is academically and professionally prepared for high-level business and legal practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from American Military University, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He earned his Doctorate in Ministry Leadership from Miracle Fellowship Gospel Ministries, his Juris Doctor in Contract Law from Novus University School of Law, and his Master of Legal Studies (MLS) in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He is currently completing his LL.M. in American and Transnational Law at the University of Dayton School of Law.
Dr. Green advises clients across multiple practice areas, including sports and entertainment law, contract negotiation, recording artist royalty recovery, business development, and wills and estates. His legal and strategic work focuses on protecting intellectual property, resolving disputes, and helping individuals and organizations navigate complex legal and financial landscapes.
A passionate advocate for conflict resolution, Dr. Green is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator trained in transformative, facilitative, and restorative frameworks. His mediation practice spans divorce and family law, landlord-tenant matters, contract disputes, construction disputes, and small and large claims. He serves as a practicing mediator in the Washington, D.C. Superior Court system and has been elevated to a Lead Mediator role within the Maryland District Court Day of Trial ADR Program, where he assists in training new mediators. He has also been named a mentor with the Georgetown Conflict Transformation Lab ADR Program.
Dr. Green is a member in good standing of the Prince George’s County Bar Association and remains deeply committed to serving the residents of Prince George’s County, Maryland, where he lives with his family. His work continues to bridge law, leadership, media, and community empowerment—helping others build sustainable futures while controlling their own narrative.
